Sera Community Care Organization (SECCO) is a Somali national humanitarian and development organization established in 2010 and operating across South & Central Somalia and Puntland. SECCO delivers integrated humanitarian, recovery, and development programs aimed at improving the lives of vulnerable and underserved communities affected by conflict, drought, displacement, poverty, and humanitarian emergencies.
Over the years, SECCO has built strong operational experience in implementing sustainable and high-impact interventions in the sectors of Health, Nutrition, Education, WASH, Emergency Response, Food Security, Livelihoods, Child Protection, Women Empowerment, Human Rights, and Community Development.

Mogadishu, Garowe, Bosaso, Galkayo, Burtinle, Dangorayo, Eyl, Qardho, Baidoa, Kismayo, Beledweyne, Jowhar, Dhusamareb, Adado, Hobyo, Afgooye, Marka, and Baraawe.
The organization maintains strong field coordination systems and community engagement networks in both urban and rural areas throughout Puntland and South & Central Somalia.

SECCO has collaborated and coordinated with a wide range of international organizations, UN agencies, government institutions, and humanitarian partners, including:
UNICEF, WHO, FAO, WFP, UNHCR, OCHA, CARE International, World Vision International, International NGOs, Civil Society Organizations, Federal Government of Somalia, and Institutions, Puntland Government Ministries, Local Community-Based Organizations, Organizational Capacity.
SECCO has managed and coordinated humanitarian and development projects valued at more than USD 190 million, including large-scale emergency response operations, health and nutrition services, education support programs, WASH infrastructure projects, resilience building initiatives, and recovery interventions in hard-to-reach communities across Somalia.
